Bucy's Business Solutions provides web development, AI integration, and related digital services to clients on a project or retainer basis. All work is performed by John Bucy, operating as a solo independent contractor based in Tullahoma, Tennessee.
Payment terms are outlined in each individual project proposal or service agreement. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Refunds for completed work are not provided except at sole discretion and in cases of material failure to deliver agreed deliverables.
Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom deliverables created for their project. Bucy's Business Solutions retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Bucy's Business Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of delivered services or this website. Results such as increased leads, revenue, or traffic are not guaranteed.
Projects may incorporate third-party tools, platforms, or APIs. Bucy's Business Solutions is not responsible for the availability, pricing changes, or terms of third-party services.
